My professional career within established leadership roles within Insurance Financial Services drove my passion for people and operations and my shift towards career coaching about 10 years ago.

I'm a UCA Accredited Coach Supervisor with an ILM L7 Certificate for Coaching Supervisors. As an established Career Coach, Leadership Development Coach, ADHD Coach and Neurodivergent informed coaching professional I enjoy working with professionals and career owners from all sectors.

How is your approach different from other career or leadership coaches?

My senior leadership background means that I understand corporate challenges from the inside. Training in NLP changed my life, and this expertise combined with my interest in personality profiling means I can help you to develop strategies that actually work.

Do you work with people who have ADHD?

Yes! I have a certificate as an ADHD Coach. However, I believe I am ADHD too, something I learned only in recent years. My children and husband are also ADHD, Autistic and I bring my whole self to working with my clients so we can tackle things together. I have worked with many established business professionals who are ADHD and need different approaches to career planning and development.

What’s included in Coaching Supervision?

Supervision provides coaching professionals, and leaders who coach a reflective space to explore your approaches and methods. Supervision brings new perspectives, it is a place to receive feedback and support and consider how you can maintain quality, standards and keep ethical matters in check.
